A respected Wisconsin attorney, Thad W. Jelinske functions as the president of Jelinske Law, S.C. Before assuming that role, he practiced law for nearly three decades at Mawicke & Goisman, S.C., where he served as the head of litigation. Thad W. Jelinske’s areas of extensive experience include construction, manufacturing, and real estate, with clients ranging from major corporations to privately held companies. He has defended cases at state, appellate, and federal levels and appeared before the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

Having achieved a number of settlements in the millions of dollars, Mr. Jelinske has a reputation for clear, decisive action in pressure-filled situations. Over the course of his career, no verdicts have been reached against clients defended. Maintaining admission to the Wisconsin State Bar, he has undertaken successful litigation in cases involving multi-party claims and sought out dispute resolution through complex shareholder/partnership buyouts.

In addition to his role as Mawicke & Goisman, S.C.’s head of litigation, Mr. Jelinske served on the firm’s Management and Steering committees. An alumnus of Drake University Law School, he enjoys reading and outdoor activities such as hiking in his free time.
