Thomas “Tom” Stefkovich is a Milford, Nebraska-based entrepreneur who guides Roth Aerial Spraying, Inc. as director of maintenance. In this role, he provides a host of coordinated solutions that focus on ensuring that all aircraft meet key maintenance thresholds and milestones. Thomas Stefkovich’s position requires diverse skills based on knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems, and also leverages his extensive business experience.

Tom Stefkovich previously led Rigid Metal and Roofing, LLC as owner and operator and oversaw solutions that ranged from roof patches to entire roof replacements. He spent time on site in ensuring work integrity and ordered materials for jobs of all sizes and scopes. Ensuring the proper ordering of all materials, he scheduled work and made sure that materials were ready at the job site as needed. He also oversaw expansion-linked hiring efforts that ensured an appropriate number of well qualified workers as the company grew.

Mr. Stefkovich has a passion for refurbished Harley Davidsons and is a member of an owner's group that regularly meets for leisurely and charity rides. Working on a variety of around-the-home projects, Thomas Stefkovich recently created a loft in a shed on his property that added significant storage capacities.
