Having completed commercial real estate projects valued at $140 million in 2018, Tim Breece secured more than $70 million in project funding in early 2019. PCS projects he has successfully led have extended to multi-family and retail developments, as well as utility-scale solar facilities.

Projects that Mr. Breece recently completed as part of an expanding corporate portfolio include 5300 Centre and the Big Bend Square Redevelopment. Situated in St. Louis’ historic Soulard area, the 1400 Russell Luxury Apartments project features traditional red brick architecture and offers tenants a combination of contemporary amenities and vintage charm.
