Timika Pettus has close to a decade of experience in customer-focused roles, during which time she has worked with several organizations. A former community home supervisor at Achieva, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Timika Pettus was responsible for coordinating support for clients with developmental disabilities. In addition, Ms. Pettus ensured that all staff complied with the firm's procedures and policies when working on care initiatives. She also oversaw the training and supervision of new staff.

Later, Timika Pettus served as messaging specialist at Computer Enterprises, where she helped improve data management while reducing data migration issues. In this role, her responsibilities included data collection and analysis and report generation.

Ms. Pettus is an avid gardener, which she sees as a therapeutic activity. She grows numerous plants, including tomatoes, a lemon tree, and parsley. In her free time, she looks to improve her gardening skills by studying gardening books while also being interested in canning the vegetables she grows.
