An experienced entrepreneur, Tiphani Montgomery leverages her business success to inspire and teach aspiring entrepreneurs through Kingdom Entrepreneur University and Millions Conference. She launched the former in 2015 and has since trained more than 4,000 entrepreneurs in vital business leadership areas such as online marketing and branding, entrepreneur mindset, and pricing.

Emphasizing the importance of Christ in developing personal and business identity, Tiphani Montgomery shows entrepreneurs how to benefit financially as well as spiritually and mentally by "making God the CEO of your life and business."

Tiphani Montgomery complemented her entrepreneur training in 2017 by launching Millions Conference. As CEO of the company, she plans and executes multi-day events that attract thousands of business owners and prospective entrepreneurs. She has hosted events in Chicago, Atlanta, and Dallas, among other cities, as well as a virtual event in 2020.

Expanding upon her purpose, Ms. Montgomery is the founder of the Covered by God prophetic and teaching ministry. Among other initiatives, the ministry hosts bible study sessions and dinner devotionals.
