As director and head of event-driven sales at Citigroup, Todd Goldring has effectively rebuilt an event driven and risk arbitrage trading desk. He has generated annual revenues in excess of $25 million over the past three years and has continued to grow the firm's client base, both inside and outside of event-driven trade. Active in developing the company's internal proprietary trading book, Todd Goldring also leverages firm capital to facilitate spread orders and set up individual client trades.

Todd Goldring comes to this role following similar success as director of institutional options and event-driven strategies for Cowen and Company, where he expanded an established options desk to include event-driven activity with an equities and options focus. He joined the firm having overseen trading and sales of risk arbitrage and event trading at Credit Susse. There, he developed relationships with leading accounts and facilitated the up-selling of several different products.

Also a former managing director of risk arbitrage at FTN Midwest Securities and past vice president at HCFP Brenner Securities, Todd Goldring now builds on more than 20 years of trading experience. He holds Series 4, 7, 55, and 63 licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as well as a management certificate in marketing.
