As the president of Garden State Pain Management in Clifton, New Jersey, Dr. Todd Koppel treats a range of patients with an expertise in regenerative and pain medicine. In addition, he serves as an attending physician with the Department of Pain Management at St. Mary’s Hospital in Passaic, New Jersey, and as the director of the Pain Management Clinic at Trinitas Hospital in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Dr. Todd Koppel also regularly donates his time to engage in volunteer work at Trinitas Hospital.
As a corollary to his considerable experience as a general anesthesiologist and pain management physician, Dr. Todd Koppel has expertise in regenerative modalities for the joints and spine, which include stem cell therapy, platelet-rich plasma therapy, and prolotherapy. Over the years, Dr. Koppel has completed several clinical studies, including explorations into the efficacy and duration of the opioid agonist Kadian in patients with chronic pain and the effects of Toradol on renal function in canines.
