Tom Cole is an experienced business executive who has served as the president of BBPC & Associates in Annapolis, Maryland, for over two decades. An award-winning real estate consultancy, BBPC provides multidisciplinary financial and strategic services to further property development efforts in both the private and public sectors. Under Tom Cole’s direction, the Annapolis firm has advised on more than $15 billion in combined real estate development projects to date.

Many of these projects involved partnerships with the Department of the Navy and various branches of the US military. In addition to his diverse work with BBPC, Mr. Cole holds active membership in numerous professional organizations, including the Association of Defense Communities and the Professional Housing Management Association. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University Massachusetts Amherst and a master’s degree from Rutgers University.

Outside of the professional environment, Mr. Cole enjoys venturing outdoors with his Labrador retriever to go hunting and boating. His other hobbies include stand up paddling boarding, lacrosse, and Gracie Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
