Travis Fiume has spent the past decade with Bold New York, of which he is a founding member. Initially serving as a real estate broker for five years, Travis Fiume also oversaw the firm's business development, recruitment, and marketing.

Since 2015, he has served as the company’s director of leasing, a role in which he oversees a portfolio of over 7,500 residential units. To accomplish this, he manages a workforce of over 100 leasing and sales representatives.

Before Bold New York, Mr. Fiume worked with Forrest Partners, where he spent a year as a property manager and real estate salesperson. With the firm, he focused on Manhattan’s Lower East Side and managed a mixed-use portfolio.

Throughout this time, he has maintained a professional affiliation with the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). A University of Delaware alumnus, Travis Fiume earned a bachelor of science in marketing in 2010. Outside his passion for real estate, he enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending time with his family.
