An experienced senior administrator in the insurance industry, Treacy Duerfeldt got his professional start as a marketing representative and program specialist with Federated Mutual Insurance, leading the company in a variety of sales categories for roughly a decade. Treacy Duerfeldt went on to serve 2 years as a senior insurance consultant with TMS Consulting and 2 years as a vice president/broker with Bratrud Middleton Insurance/Propel.

Since 2003, Treacy Duerfeldt has managed Olympic Advisors, a consultancy that serves a client base of small and mid-sized retail insurance agencies. He leads Olympic Advisors with a focus on boosting efficiency and mitigating workers compensation losses.

Over the past 15 years, he has concurrently owned the risk management member services organization Nation Wide Contractor's Alliance (NWCA). He also leads strategic development for NWCA.

In 2007, Mr. Duerfeldt took on a third top executive position with Exponent Marketing. In addition to managing insurance marketing networks, Exponent manages insurance distribution, carrier partnerships, and agency systems.
