My rate as below:

1) Word/Text/Excel/power point Documents: USD 2.2/page of 300 words. Equivalent to USD 0.0073/word to be multiplied by word count.
2) Pdf/Pictures/Other non-rich text format: USD 3/page regardless of how many words counted.
3) Notary Public
- Proof-reading (with professional signatures authorized by Vietnamese Government): USD 1.4 / page
- Notary public for documents: USD 1.5/copy (for any numbers of pages)
This is excluding delivery fees from Hanoi to any provinces of Vietnam.

4) Interpreting (Only available around Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and its surrounding areas, I can not provide overnight translation)
- $20/hour for up to 3 hours.
- if more than 3 hours - 13$/each extra hours.
