As the chief development officer of Vivian Palmer Consulting, Vivian Palmer builds upon extensive personal experience in fields ranging from general organizational management and personnel supervision to instructional/information technology and needs/qualitative research evaluation. Her current professional efforts include performing DACUM/JobTask analysis as a technical program reviewer for Shoreline Community College in Shoreline, Washington. Formerly, she served tenures as executive director of accountability, assessment, and technology with the Tukwila School District in Tukwila, Washington, and director of grants management with the Education Achievement Authority in Detroit, Michigan.
Before centering her professional endeavors on the field of education, Vivian Palmer held supervisory/administrative positions with the financial institutions Coastal Bank and the First Financial Savings and Loan Association. She has also made significant contributions in the public sector, having served for two years as an operations manager with the United States Government in Hanau, West Germany, and the Army and Air Force Exchange Service in Fort Greely, Alaska.
