Wayne Forman is a business consultant based in New York who has worked with a variety of companies during his career, including Forman International and Forman and Company, where he served as a partner and president, respectively. During this time, Wayne Forman was responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing relationships with clients, developing new business opportunities, and more.

Before starting his career, Mr. Forman attended Long Island University in New York, where he graduated with a BS in accounting and an MS in taxation. For several years, he served as an independent business consulting, advising a large number of foreign companies on various issues. During this time, Mr. Forman forged relationships with a number of consulting firms.

For the past several years, Mr. Forman has been developing a new product for the United States called After the Event Insurance, which helps plaintiffs cover their losses should they happen to lose their lawsuits.
