As a senior advisor to the VDB Groupe and the chairman and chief executive officer of the TVO Groupe, Wayne Vandenburg oversees a broad range of real estate advisory, investment, development and management activities. A respected authority on multifamily housing, he has earned accolades at the national level for his accomplishments in this sector. Wayne Vandenburg has been a member of the Urban Land Institute, the National Multifamily Housing Council, the Pension Real Estate Association, the Real Estate Roundtable, and the Mortgage Bankers of America.

Before embarking on his successful business career, Mr. Vandenburg was a highly successful track and field coach with the University of Texas at El Paso ("UTEP"), formerly Texas Western College, and the University of New Mexico. His coaching accomplishments include a NCAA Team Championship, several Top 5 finishes in NCAA Team Championships (a 2nd place, a 3rd place and a 5th place finish, a NCAA Cross Country Coach of the Year honor, over 50 All American selections in a 5 year span. Additionally, he currently serves on the USA Track and Field Foundation's Board of Directors.

When he isn’t working at VDB Groupe or TVO Groupe, Wayne Vandenburg is overseeing Prague-headquartered TVO Europe. He is an avid world traveler who regularly attends national and international sports events and stays fit by walking regularly and greatly enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren.
