Based in Miami, William Londos has amassed more than three decades of experience in construction. His career as a construction executive began at the Brandon Company, where he worked as vice president of construction and development. In that role, William Londos was responsible for site acquisition and maintaining client relationships.
Today, William Londos serves as vice president of preconstruction at ACM Build & Design, where he leads a team that performs value engineering and conceptual estimating tasks to ensure client satisfaction in the early stages of construction projects. His responsibilities also include scheduling feasibility studies along with helping evaluate the viability of upcoming acquisitions and projects.
William Londos’ community service efforts include serving as a founding board member of the YMCA Weston from 2000-2004, and hosting breast cancer fundraising initiatives that exceeded $200,000 in donations. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Florida Gateway College, after earning an associate’s degree in construction management from Miami Dade College.
