The recipient of a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California, Xander Saide is a third-year law student at Cornell Law School, where he is a Myron Taylor Scholar and a former vice president of the Latino American Law Students Association. In the past two summers, Xander Saide has accrued relevant legal experience as a summer associate with Goodwin Procter's Washington, DC office and Horvitz and Levy in Los Angeles. He was offered a permanent position with the former upon completion of his juris doctor.
Prior to pursuing a law degree, Xander Saide worked three years as an estate manager with Global Eagle Acquisitions, where he coordinated communication between architects, contractors, and IT support professionals in managing multimillion-dollar estates. From 2008 to 2012, he was a sales and special events manager with Viceroy Hotel Group, where his responsibilities included organizing large-scale events in compliance with the company's goal of maximizing revenue. One of the most notable events he planned was a fundraiser for Sen. Elizabeth Warren. Outside of his professional pursuits, Mr. Saide enjoys staying active by hiking, exercising, and participating in obstacle races.
