Xena began her studies of shamanism and Incan/Andean Medicine in 2007 and has traveled throughout Peru working with various teachers and plant medicines. She has combined her shamanic studies with her yoga practice and became a certified yoga instructor in 2015. Xena is passionate about connecting individuals with meaningful and transformational experiences whether that is through private yoga classes, shamanic healing sessions, workshops, retreats or sacred journeys through magical and mystical lands.
