After studying business at Santa Monica College in Santa Monica, California, Yigal Lelah entered the housing construction and real estate development business. Working in the greater Los Angeles area, he built luxury custom homes in some of the most sought-after gated communities in Beverly Hills. Yigal Lelah ultimately expanded into Greater Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, where he owned and operated Summit Custom Homes since 1994 and Casa Bella Homes since 2000.
Headquartered in offices in the heart of downtown Dallas, Casa Bella Homes concentrates on providing inexpensive single-family houses to a client base that includes large numbers of first-time homebuyers. To further his outreach, Yigal Lelah works with the City of Dallas Housing Department, serves as executive director of a local nonprofit, Community Development Corporation and maintains relationships with two South Dallas affordable housing programs.
Mr. Lelah also has a long history of involvement with the Home Builders Association and the Architectural Institute of America (AIA). One of his custom home designs received a prestigious award from the Fort Worth AIA chapter.
