Yuin Kim leads Zwerver Development, Ltd., a Calgary-based real estate acquisitions and development firm, as president. In his agenda-setting capacity, he locates and acts on investment opportunities in western parts of Canada. In recent years, for example, Yuin Kim began a four-unit luxury townhouse project valued at over $3 million. The units support urban professionals in Calgary interested in housing that permits residents to walk downtown by crossing over the Peace Bridge.

Besides townhouses, Yuin Kim has managed construction initiatives to satisfy demand for condos and luxury single-family houses. In terms of the former, he worked on a $10 million 40-conversion condo project near a technical school in Southern Alberta. In 2014, he oversaw construction of a luxury 2,700-square-foot home in inner-city Calgary.

Over his career, Mr. Kim and his real estate development firm have been featured in numerous media outlets, including Home Living Magazine, the Globe and Mail, and Alberta Venture.
