Possessing an extensive entrepreneurial background in New Orleans, Zachary Addison is currently apprenticing with a Madisonville construction firm. Shadowing the owner of Boudreaux Builders, Zachary Addison is the learning the fundamentals of commercial and custom home project design and construction.

Mr. Addison has a strong commitment to philanthropic giving and supports nonprofits such as the Children's Miracle Network and Vietnam Veterans of America. A magna cum laude graduate of Louisiana State University (LSU), he is an LSU alumni volunteer and longtime fan of LSU Football.

Mr. Addison has managed and operated a number of restaurants over the years, including a busy New Orleans location that generated consistent revenue from 2004 to 2018. His consistently high level of service earned him the Customer Satisfaction Award on five occasions. Previously working at a Baton Rouge restaurant as a busser in the late 1990s, Mr. Addison worked his way up to a position as manager and a “Top-Ten Employee.”
