A classroom instructor at Fort Collins High School in Fort Collins, Colorado, Zana Kamberi laid the foundation for her successful career with a bachelor of arts in English from Tirana State University in Tirana, Albania. Over the next several decades, Zana Kamberi would earn masters of arts in history from Colorado State University and the University of Colorado at Boulder and a master of education with a focus on teaching the linguistically diverse from Regis University in Denver.
Ms. Kamberi also undertook museum studies at University College London in England and secured her school principal license in Colorado. While teaching at Fort Collins High School, she is concurrently working toward her doctorate in education, equity, and transformation at Colorado State.
Zana Kamberi’s enduring academic and professional interests include history and literature. She has written widely on subjects related to Balkan history, publishing the comprehensive Bibliography of Archaeology and History of Albania in 1998.
