A prominent real estate leader in the Chicago-area village of Skokie, Illinois, Zvi Feiner has served as the president and chief executive officer of his own property acquisition, redevelopment, and management firm for more than 15 years. He expanded his real estate investment operations in 2005 as principal of Wi-Fi Investments, and once again in 2006 as chief executive officer of the FNR Healthcare Group. Zvi Feiner’s significant property transactions in the healthcare sector include a $60-million expansion of healthcare facilities in Iowa and a $40-million portfolio of Pacific Coast nursing homes in California and Washington.
A strong commitment to the Jewish faith has been with Zvi Feiner throughout his professional history. Building on his Talmudic and rabbinic training at the Mir Yeshiva in Beit Yisrael, Jerusalem, he served as a rabbi at Skokie’s Bais Medrash Binyan Olam. He has also held community positions as president of the Yeshiva Ohr Boruch Elementary School and a lecturer with the congregation of Khal Chasidim and the Chicago community Kollel.
