California-based business executive Zvi Sperling serves as the vice president of Maxim Group Companies, which encompasses Maxim Lighting and ET2 Lighting. These two companies provide a range of contemporary and traditional lighting options to consumers. At these businesses, Zvi Sperling handles the sale of such products as pendants, chandeliers, semi-flush light fixtures, and outdoor lights.

Zvi Sperling oversees a sales staff of more than 100 individuals working in South America, North America, and the Pacific Rim, and is responsible for producing sales numbers in the eight-digit range at both businesses. Beyond handling sales for Maxim Group, he also handles financial functions for the businesses.

To prepare for his career, Mr. Sperling studied business at Glendale City College in California. This education, along with his previous involvement in the construction industry, familiarized him with the lighting industry and taught him about customer service and other business operations. Thanks to this background and his reputation for meeting customer needs, he was asked by his brother, Jacob, to join Maxim Lighting in 1975, just five years after the business had been created. Upon doing so, he and his brother grew the company to include multiple businesses and operations around the world.
